Darryl E. Evans, a three-time recipient of the American Culinary Federation Chef of the Year award, is the Executive chef for The Restaurant at Verve Lounge. Chef Evans’s career extends over two and half decades. In Frankfurt, Germany, Evans received four gold medals while managing a team in the Culinary Olympics. His diverse expertise spans throughout a number of fine dinning establishments in the Atlanta Metropolitan area. Evans is the former Executive Chef of Villa Christina and Spice Restaurant & Bar. He was also the opening chef of the Five Star Four Seasons Hotel in Midtown Atlanta.
Chef Evans will oversee the preparation of an internationally influenced cuisine at The Restaurant at Verve Lounge. Restaurant guests will be able to enjoy clever combinations of Asian, Mexican, and European influenced dishes. “I want their mouths to jump,” says Evans. The world-renowned Chef aims to create the dining experience that cannot be found anywhere else.
